Staying overnight
Our hosting hotel, the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place, offers a special rate to delegates, if you book before 8 November:
Standard single room for 199 EUR per night. The rate includes VAT, service charges, full American Breakfast and Wi-Fi. A City Tax of 4.24 EUR will be added per room per night.
(This rate is applicable for any night from 23 until 26 November, supplement for double occupancy is 15 EUR per room)
Cancellations are accepted at no cost until five working days prior to arrival date / no payment is taken on a card at the time of the reservation.
