title:Executive Secretary

A secretary to an organisation charged with carrying into practical effect the decisions of the management body.

A secretary having administrative duties; usually a paid official who is responsible for organising and administering the activities or affairs of an organisation.

title:Evaluation

Determining through a systematic and comprehensive accumulation of data the effectiveness of a particular service program in achieving its stated objective as well as the agency's effectiveness in administering its resources, both financial and personnel.

title:Estate

Property, possessions, capital.

The interest which anyone has in lands or any other effects.

Also used for all the property passing on a person's death.

title:Endowment, Permanent

The particular fund or part of a fund of an institution, foundation or charity, bestowed for its more permanent uses and kept intact for the purposes intended. If it is income-earning only the income, not the fund itself may be used. It may also include property which does not earn income (eg land on which the premises of the foundation or charity stands).

title:Emergency Relief

Aid given to relieve suffering arising from a sudden or unexpected occurrence.

Assistance to persons who are deprived of essential needs of life because of natural or man-induced disasters.

title:Education

The systematic instruction, schooling, training or otherwise providing opportunity to the young (and by extension to adults during their entire life span) of knowledge and skills so that they may achieve optimal social, economic, political and intellectual participation in society.
