The International Conference is being organized by Youth Organization in partnership with End Violence Against Women International (EVAWI) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) here in New York. The Conference is designed to achieve a certain purpose such as (Problems of Unemployment and Global economic crisis eradication). I wish to inform you that your request of application has been accepted by the Youth Organization to attend this meeting. The Conference is scheduled to take place at the Conference Center New York City, USA from 22nd to 26th August, 2023.
The second edition of the conference will be on the issue of climate change and human rights abuses in Africa. Eliminating sexual and gender-based violence and protecting the health and rights of women and children in humanitarian settings will be held at the Hamstead Hotel Hall in Banjul, The Gambia from 29th August to 2nd September, 2023.
Everyone is entitled to Participate in both Conferences regardless of your religious belief. You can attend alone or a minimum of Five ( 5 ) is expected to participate together as a group from one Country and none of them will be less than eighteen years of age. You are advised to participate in both Conferences. It does not necessarily mean that you must belong to an organization before you can attend this event. A group of persons with a minimum educational background could be invited to represent their countries, any group or participants are allowed to come with their own agenda or suggestions during the event.
Registration is free and All invited delegates are expected to submit their data in time for visa request, which will be forwarded to the USA and the Gambia Bureau of Immigration and naturalization for the Visa process. Translating systems are also available at the conference venue for delegates who need them.
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) will take care of delegates round trip air tickets from the participants home country or country of residence to U.S and from U.S to the Gambian and back to the participant home country or country of residence, accommodation and feeding throughout their stay for the conference in the United States. Delegates will only be responsible for his/her hotel accommodation in the Gambia as per Organizing Committee rules and regulations.
Note: The Organizing Committee have chosen One hotel in the Gambia for all the invited delegates to pay in for their reservations for security purposes, we have discussed with the Hotel Management to give all our delegates an official rate and the delegates will pay for their hotel accommodation. The rate for all the invited delegates will be attached to their book, their official rate which includes three square meals and the Standby Car to take delegates to the conference venue and also bring them back to the hotel at the end of each day, We would like you to send us the following information.
