Dear Participants,

Thank you for responding to our invitation to attend the international conference on "MENTAL HEALTH, HUMAN NUTRITION AND DIETETICS" from 21st - 25 November @Grand Spire Hotel Conference Center USA. Be informed that we have a digital wireless translating system for all country languages.

The aim of the conference is to bring together academicians, researchers, medical practitioners, policy makers, stakeholders, intellectual scholars, and many more from around the world to present and discuss on Mental Health, Human Nutrition and Dietetics

The organizing committee and sponsors are responsible for the participants' visa processing for those who require a visa to the United States. Free round-trip air tickets for participants will be provided by the organization, the hotel accommodation booking cost will be delegates' own responsibility.

Flight Tickets: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The air round trip tickets will cover from your country of residence to the United States and back to your country of residence. You can extend the invitation to other persons in your organization or your country to participate with you. Your visa documents processing for the event and air tickets will be assisted by the organization.

Registration is Open & Free: To participate in the global conference meeting, registration is compulsory. Interested delegates can participate as an individual or maximum number of (2-9) persons as a group, representing their organization or institution. Registration form is attached to this mail. Each applicant is to fill the registration form and visa application forms separately. You are to print out the application forms and fill the questionnaires with a pen. Your registration will be completed immediately, we received your filled registration forms and your hotel booking confirmation receipt.

Attached are the registration forms, U.S visa application form and ticket application form which you are to fill and submit with your hotel booking receipt to complete your registration for the conference. We shall send you an official invitation letter after the confirmation of your registration for the conference; we shall also send a copy of the invitation letter to the America Embassy in your country for your visa processing. The deadline date for you to submit the filled registration forms and your hotel booking receipt is 19th, AUGUST 2022 to complete your registration process for the event so that we can start your visa application processing with the America Embassy here in the United States of America. Participants are recommended to make hotel booking with the selected hotel management to complete registration. Therefore, you have to contact the hotel management with the below email address for hotel booking.

Rules and Regulations:
• We will not accept registration without the scan copy of your international passport front page, filled visa application forms, filled ticket application form, two colored passport photograph sizes and your hotel booking confirmation receipt from the selected hotel venue.
• Participants that are in possession of U.S valid visa are to submit the scan copy of their U.S valid visa front page along with the requested document for confirmation.
• All registration document visa application forms should be submitted as an e-mail attached to the conference registration office.
