We deem it necessary to inform you that you have been duly registered to participate in this forth-coming events. You are only responsible for your own hotel booking accommodation in Senegal, The conference organizing committee will be responsible for your accommodation here in the U.S.A together with the round trip air tickets which cover from your country of residence to the United States, from the United States to Dakar Senegal and from Dakar Senegal back to your country of residence.
Endeavor to furnish us with the (FORM A - B1 & B2) duly filled and sign along with the hotel official booking confirmation receipt on or before the dead line date And you should carefully follow up the instructions of the said recommended hotel management in Dakar Senegal.
If we receive your filled Registration forms and copy of your hotel booking receipt, your documents will be forwarded through the U.S. Bureau of Immigrant Affairs/ U.S. Foreign Consular Department and the Senegalese immigration for the processing of your visa.
Take Note of your hotel booking: All registered participants are expected to arrive the conference Venue a day before the conference date and stay a day after the conference date, so your hotel booking in Senegal should be book as from JULY 27th – AUGUST 1st 2014.

Many thanks for your interest in participating at the SAVE THE CHILDREN ORGANIZATION international conference meeting on war affected Children / Child abuse; global summit USA 2014.
The global Congress meeting against Child abuse,Abducted school children in Nigeria and war-affected children is scheduled to take place from JULY 21ST - 25TH JULY 2014 in Chicago the United States and in Dakar-Senegal, from JULY 28TH - 1ST AUG 2014.
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES:
1.Right to education:(Children are the leaders of tomorrow)
Role of education in protecting children in conflict.
2. Child development:(Dangers in abducting school children and it's consequences,
Early child hood care and development(ECCD) Programmes;Millennium goals of Child Development.
3. Violence and the Sex Trade,Children and Teen Victims of Trafficking.
4. Child protection: Role of UNICEF
Building a protective Environment for children;UNICEF's Approach;UNICEF in Action;Partnerships.
5. Domestic Trafficking,Personal Experiences in the Sex Trade,Drug Addiction and the Sex Trade.
6. Child protection networks, to improve the system for reporting and acting on reports of violations of the security and rights of children, Women & Girls including prevention and early intervention to protect children and youth from child labour.
7.To protect and save children When disaster strikes, Eg:Abduction of teens school Children by Militant groups,War,or natural disasters.
8.Public reactions/response on any child abuse alert/cases; such as recent report of the vatican child abuse report

9.Responding to Children lives during conflicts/war like in Syria presently;lots of children are suffering.
Participation in the summit is free but not fully sponsored. Registered participants are entitled to meals and accommodation which will be provided during their stay in the U.S.A only.
Participants are only responsible for their Hotel Accommodation in Senegal for the second phase of the event.
Participant Air Tickets for both venue are also sponsored by our organization. Also note that the total number of participants will be limited, and registrations will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in attending, please register as soon as possible.
VISA:
Participants must be in possession of their International Passports to enable them participate in this conferences. Only on receipt of Participants filled registration forms, Hotel reservation receipt will participant’s visa assistance request be forwarded to the U.S Department of State and the Senegalese Immigration for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent to the consular section of the U.S Embassy, in your country of residence.
REGISTRATION:
Only a minimum of One (1) as an individual or a maximum of six (6) persons are expected to participate together as a group or organization to represent in the forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age, as from eighteen to older age are allowed to participate and All registered participants must participate in both venue, as the visa authorization letter of you or your group will be faxed to the consular section of the U.S embassy in your country, to enable them issue out the NON-IMMIGRANT-VISA to all members of your group upon the fax documents.

Dear Colleague,
On behalf of Save the children organization USA, It is a great privilege for us to invite you to international conference meeting on war affected Children/Child abuse.
The aims of the conference are to bring together researchers and practitioners in an effort to lay the ground work for future collaborative research, advocacy, and program development as well as to educate social service, health care, and criminal justice professionals on human trafficking and the needs and risks of those victimized by war and commercial sex industry and to deliberate on how to abolish the abduction of school girls in Nigeria and some other parts of Africa/rest of the world.
Also to encourage our boys and girls to acquire sound education and to help correct the impression that "western education is sinful in the lives of our children" said by Boko Haram leader in Nigeria.
The global Congress meeting against Child abuse and war-affected children is scheduled to take place from JULY 21ST - 25TH JULY 2014 in Chicago the United States and in Dakar-Senegal, from JULY 28TH - 1ST AUG 2014.
Note that all interested delegates that requires entry visa to enter the United States to attend this meeting will be assisted by the organization, in obtaining the visa in their passport. Free air round trip tickets to attend this meeting will be provided to all participants. The Workshop welcomes paper presentation from any interested participants willing to present papers during the meeting.
