First of all we are here to assist participants with B1/B2 Multiple visa processing, Perm Labor Certifications, Finance Visa and all other immigration law needs. By the request of the Administrative Secretary-General of the Organizing Committee for the International conference, I hereby forward to you the U.S Non-Immigrant visa Application Forms, because We have been notified of your participation in the upcoming international conference meeting. The Non Immigrant visa will be issued at the American Embassy in after the authorization of your visa documents here in the United States of America.

The U.S. Department of States has stated that since you are coming under the international conference meeting purpose, you will not need to present the following documents at the U.S Embassy. (A) Documentation of prior international travel (B) Documents regarding your company/Business etc. (C) Last 3 months bank statements of your business.

By demonstrating your intention to return home rather than to stay permanently in the United States after the conference meeting, the U.S Department of State, stated that they will ensure that, the Non Immigrant Visa for you will be secured the same day of your visit to the U.S Embassy in your country of resident, at the same time, they need to be sure that you are coming here for a legitimate purposes, business, tourism, education. Since you are coming to the United States to participate in the international conference meeting, visa approval for you will not be denied nor delayed. It is great to inform you that your visa application documents have been accepted by the U.S Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs visa section for visa processing. We request you to send us the below document.

1) Filled visa application forms.
2) 2 passport photo size with white background color.
3) International passport data page scan copy (Valid for at least 6 month).

You are to submit all documents not later than 2021 To finalize your visa application processing and to send you the visa approval documents.
