You are welcome to participate in the upcoming 11th International Global conference on Peace, Justice, Conflict & Dialogue 2019: Theme: Security ,Reconciliation, Dialogue in Society and Peace-building . Taking place from the 16th- 19th of November 2019 in Wallingford, Pennsylvania the United States of America and from the 22nd- 26th of November 2019 in Saint Louis ,Senegal , under the sponsorship of the Global Women Network for Peace and Dialogue ( GWNPD ).

This Conferences is to equip participants with the strategies and policies to create unique global platform to bring together leaders and activists from all over the world to exchange ideas, knowledge, practices and experiences on how to build a more peaceful world, how to foster dialogue between different people and inspire people to give contribution to the global peace, security and human rights where they live or work.

To attend the November 2019 Conference events Registration is mandatory and absolutely free, interested applicants should send the below pieces of information for registration.

Please read with understanding before sending your details for registration- Our donor sponsors will take full responsibility of all registered participants Visa arrangements and documentation for the United States Visa and that includes delegates Round trip air tickets, feeding, transportation and accommodation in Pennsylvania . Delegates will only be responsible for his/her own hotel accommodation in Saint Louis - Senegal were the second phase of the event will take place.

A minimum of one(1) or a maximum of Three (3) persons can participate as an Individual, a group or an organization to represent your country. It is not necessary that one must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event.

To be among the list of register participants you are to take this opportunity to equip your self for the discussions on Reconciliation, Peace-building, Security and Human Rights in Modern Society. This will promote a deeper understanding of behaviors with tolerance, friendly coexistence from different religious background and nations in the same community. To create respect each other in the family at workplace, society, school etc.

Visa information:

All participants will be provided with visa assistance by our organization for those that require the United States Visa to attend the conference. After confirmation of your registration and submission of your filled registration forms and other documents, we shall send an official invitation letter & visa approval to the U.S Embassy in your country to notify them about your participation. Your visa documents will be processed here in the United States via the U.S Bureau of Immigration Affairs before faxing your visa approval letter with other visa documents to the U.S Embassy in your country of resident....the same documents will be send to you to enable you submit them at the U.S Embassy for the collection of your visa to attend this meeting.

Delegate Responsibility:

Delegates will only be responsible for his/her own hotel accommodation in Senegal where the second phase of the conference will take place. If you are unable to secure your own accommodation cost in Senegal you are to withdraw your participation as we do not have any sponsorship for delegates accommodation cost in Senegal.

Certificates of attendances.

Certificates of attendances will be offered to all participants at the end of this meeting. The conference organizing a committee in conjunction with our donor sponsors committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline. A panel of Judges has been appointed to oversee and to select participants of merit. Awards and gifts will be given to participants on merit. You are hereby advised to equip yourselves and exhibit your God-given talents to the fullest.

Presentation of paper during the workshop: Presentation of paperwork is open to any delegates willing to present a paper during the summit on any of the topic. You are to just inform us when submitting your details for registration.

We welcome Members of ngos, health practitioners, professionals in relevant fields, lawyers, psychologists, women and youth development groups, government officials, donor agencies, distinguished theologians, scholars and academics, ecumenicism, members of peace and reconciliation groups and prospective individuals to join hands with us in making these events a success.

You are to download the attached to view your Registration Forms A, B & C. Fill the Registration Forms correctly and have them send back to us along with your Hotel Booking Confirmation Code & Hotel Booking Confirmation Receipt from the Comfortable Hotel in Saint Louis - Senegal where the second phase of the conference will take place.

Due to the time factor and the processing of Visas including other documentations, you are to submit all documents not later than September 14th, 2019. Contact the management of Comfortable Hotel in Saint Louis - Senegal and obtain your Booking Confirmation Receipt & Booking Code.

Note: Submission of uncompleted documents will disqualify your participation and visa process.

These documents will assure the United States Bureau of Immigration Department that all conference participants will be participating in both events and do not have any intention of staying in the US only after the first phase of the event. Base on your submission we shall obtain your Visa Approval Letter from the Immigration Department.
