These event will begins from (January 13th-18th 2017) in Texas, United State of America. While the second phase will begins from (February 21st -25th 2017) in Dakar-Senegal. West Africa
Note that the Organizing Committee and Our donor sponsors will take
the responsibility of all registered participants Visa processing for
the United States. That will include your Round trip air tickets to
both events. While delegates will only be responsible for his/her own
hotel accommodation in Dakar-Senegal were the second phase of the
event will be held.
