I hope this mail finds you well, I am so delighted to read your mail and notice your interest to participate in these up coming international conference, as i believe that this will be an avenue of knowing each one another after the conference in USA/Africa.hope you're fine out there I am fine but very much busy with studies.How far have you gone about your registrations procedures,because i did send an e-mail to Madam Selena Wood,and she did replied me back stating that they've accept your attendance waiting for your required information and hotel booking confirmation receipt to enable them start the processing of your visa document.So what are your plans and why have you not forwarded your required information and hotel booking confirmation receipt to the organization? here attached is my photos and will sent you more in time to come.let me know as soon as you forward your details to our registration disk to enable me follow up your visa and air ticket processing.

All delegates will be responsible for their own Hotel Booking or accommodation in Dakar-Senegal during the second phase of the event due to the inability of our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the numbers of expected delegates for these events.Delegates are welcome to present papers expressing their points of view on the conference topic to be discuss and what we can do to fight against Human Trafficking and Child Abuse and the Conference
Organizing Committee in conjunction with the donor sponsoring committee has mapped out some financial rewards to group participants that distinguished themselves in their areas of discipline.

Please try and forward your required information and hotel booking confirmation receipt to the organization immediately you receive this mail to enable them start the processing of your visa documents to avoid any delay okay.
