Cordially invites you to attend the 11th International conference with the theme,
"Human Right violation and Revolution Reforms around the world”. (A case study of uprisings in the Middle East Arab Nations i.e. Libya, Egypt, Tunisia etc)
To be held in Canada and the Gambia. The conference is a combine conference with two segments.
VENUES AND EVENT DATES
1. The events shall commence on the 20th till the 23rd of June, 2011 at Banjul Conference center 44 Kairaba Road Banjul, the Gambia.
2. While the second segment in Canada shall commence on the 27th till 30th June, 2011 at Vays Hotel, 1002 Rue Guy, Montreal, Quebec Canada
This conference will address the issue of “recent ongoing reforms around the world and how the government responds towards its people who protest for reforms by using force against opposition. Could this be a violation of their rights?” from the individual to the global community more than ever before, Individuals, Youth Associations, Religious Groups, Environmental NGOs, Community Associations and Nonprofit Organizations are being called to operate transparently. The conference will explore new ways to enhance peaceful protest for a reform without violating human right in underdeveloped & developing countries.
Additionally, the 11th International conference will be a unique meeting place for individuals ranging from legal practitioners, medical personnel and interested individuals from all works of life, nonprofits, civil societies, religious group(s), and representatives from governmental and non governmental sectors to share innovative ideas and practices, make relationships, and build strategic partnerships.
Professional training seminars and workshops for representatives of nonprofits and NGOs will also be offered throughout the conference in topics including:
(1) Peaceful revolution reforms
(2) The use of excessive force by the governments on protesters
(3) Use of force and human right violation.
(4) The role of Government in meeting the demands of its citizens

I CANNOT AFFORD -CAN YOU HELP? GHURCORO has set up an Access Fund to support the travel costs and hotel room bills for participants who are unable to raise sufficient funds on their own. All participants however will be expected to fund raise for their hotel bills in the Gambia which will not be waived. This will help ensure that only those who most need and want to be at the meeting will be there. Applicants who need assistance can apply to the Access Fund at the same time they apply to participate.
ARE THERE AIRPORT PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF? The Protocol Officers of these events shall be on ground to Pick-Up and drop-Off delegates and these transportations are free.
WHAT IS THE DEADLINE? All Interested organizations/individual should forward information about their organization's Aims and objectives, profile and Achievement so far. Participants MUST be of 3 to 8 persons to qualify as a group for registration, one interested individuals are also welcomed. The dead line for the registration should be given by the general secretary of (GHURCORO) Dr. Mrs. Kate Rogers.
PROVISIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS All intending participants to this 11th conference in Canada and the Gambia must put many things into considerations before taking decision to participate in this event. Provisions have been made for participants those include, all round flight tickets, feeding and accommodation in Canada. These will be taken care of by our sponsors. Delegates will take care of their hotel reservation in the Gambia during the first phase of the conference as our sponsors did not make provisions for that. The delegates who need the authorization of the Canadian visas to participate in this event must pay for the hotel reservations in the Gambia while our sponsors would pay the hotel bills for all delegates in Canada. Note that delegates MUST attend the two segments of the conference which is very compulsory.
If you have considered thus, then you should give us the go ahead by reaching us with the particulars of your delegates to the Canadian Immigration Department to open your visa file by sending email to us with the participants names and passports numbers as soon as you have verified. This will enable us know those that are coming for the conference really and must go back to their countries after the combine conference. Delegates should contact the general secretary for details of the selected hotels in the Gambia which are close to the venue of the event and at cheaper rates.
