Dear Participant(s)

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your email concerning our notification on conference participation in the UK.Brandas Foundation is built to proving capacity in advocacy organizations by creating unique opportunities for NGOs/member groups across the globe to become more established. Our offices in London - UK include a physical "incubator" space that allows participants to:

• Share ideas, challenges, and resources with others
• Leverage resources such as staff, consultants, and vendors to create cost-effective solutions
• Offer formal training and mentoring
• Save money by holding business meetings in our conference room instead of expensive hotels
• Lessen the feelings of isolation that leaders in small organizations can face.

We have received grants from various local and international sponsors including JOAN B.KROC FOUNDATION – USA, BARCLAYS BANK LONDON here in UK and COCA-COLA. These sponsors have made provisions for flight tickets (to-fro), feeding and transportation locally to all eligible participants. However, we are collaborating with relevant agencies, embassies to ensure smooth procurement of visas to visa required countries. We will require you/organization to provide us with relevant information concerning your organization, Memo/contributions to former conference attended or hosted if any, as we will welcome your experience to the area of specialization of your organization. NOTE: Conference registration fee has been voluntarily agreed to be sponsored by one of the local sponsors, hence we will require Heads of NGOs, representative to furnish us with numbers of interested participants from their various localities. This is to enable us have adequate record to present to our sponsors on time.

ACCOMMODATION:Participants will be required to secure their accommodations strictly in the conference host ground Abba Queens Gate Hotels, we would have also loved to secure accommodations for participants, but we are constrained, due to lack of funds available within our operation.

Furthermore, we will require Heads of NGOs, representative to provide police or local authority criminal clearance certification,if any. If you may have interesting topic seminar or lecture to present to enlighten other participants and NGOs, we will need you forward on time for possible review and approval.
