These events will takes place from 2nd - 6th of October 2010 in ( Dakar Central Conference HALL, DAKAR-SENEGAL) And from 8th -12th of October 2010 in (New Haven CONNECTICUT - U.S.A)Applicants that are interested to participate and represent their countries are to contact the Secretariat of the Organizing committee for details and informations.

The conference Organizing committee and donor sponsor's will take full responsibility of all registered participants visa arrangements for the United States and that includes your Round trip air tickets to both events.
