AVAILABLE ONLINE – Report of the UIA 2020 Survey on the meetings of international associations – 8th Edition

Meetings behavior. The Union of International Associations (UIA) is pleased to present the report of the 2020 Survey on International Meetings Issues. It’s the largest survey looking into the meetings behavior of all the diverse types of international associations representing civic, charitable, commercial, or industrial interests around the world. By conducting the survey on a regular basis, those involved in the process of organizing international meetings can get a sense of changes over the years as well as the challenges of the current environment.

The 2020 Report is now freely available to the public on the UIA’s website.

This 2020 Survey was made possible through the generous support of our sponsors: Busan Tourism Organization, Seoul Tourism Organization, Singapore Tourism Board, Korea Tourism Organization, Finland Convention Bureau, Congress Center Hamburg and Poland Convention Bureau.

For the 9th edition of the Survey, which will be launched in 2021, we are preparing a set of questions which will explore and evaluate how international associations have reacted to the challenges of the global pandemic.
