1 Jan 1975, by resolution 3327 (XXIX), 16 Dec 1974, of the General Assembly of the A-XA3375 - United Nations (UN), following recommendations of the Governing Council of E-XE4161 - UNEP and E-XE3377 - ECOSOC. At one time under overall policy guidance and operational supervision of U-XE1139 - United Nations Commission on Human Settlements (UNCHS). Following resolution 25/206, 2002, UNHHSF funds managed by E-XE6809 - United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat).
