1986, by D-XF4346 - Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS). Full title: Eastern Caribbean Drug Service (ECDS) - Pharmaceutical Procurement Service (PPS) -- Service pharmaceutique des Caraïbes orientales (SPCO).

Aims

Assist Participating States in developing policies and programmes leading to more efficient utilization of health sector resources through improvement, procurement, management and use of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
