Reginald (Reggie) J. Henry, CAE

Chief Information Officer of ASAE - The Center for Association Leadership

Reggie Henry joined ASAE in November of 1994. His responsibilities are to implement "exemplary" systems at ASAE that can serve as a model to the rest of the association community and to "ratchet-up" the use and understanding of technology among ASAE members. He has been working with and/or for non-profit organizations since 1985.

Mr. Henry speaks regularly on technology and strategy issues. Some of his most recent speaking engagements include keynoting the 2014 TSAE Technology Day, 2014 Digital Now Conference, 2013 ASAE Technology Conference, 2013 U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute Program, 2013 BOMA Leadership Retreat, 2013 Great Ideas Conference, and the2012 Global INET Conference in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2009 he was invited by the Secretary of Smithsonian to participate in Smithsonian 2.0, a Gathering to Re-Imagine the Smithsonian in the Digital Age.

Mr. Henry holds a B.S. in Economics and Computer Science from Georgetown University. Mr. Henry has serves on the Curriculum Committee and faculty of the Institute for Organization Management (U.S. Chamber of Commerce) and the Technology Management Advisory Council for Georgetown University’s Technology Management degree program. He enjoys cooking, drawing, pottery and golf.

Christoph Raudonat

Director of ESAE - European Society of Association Executives

Christoph Raudonat is a management professional and independent consultant, focusing on change and reputation management, communication and leadership development for Not-for-Profit organisations. Chris is also the Director of the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE), a non-profit organization with the goal to provide research, education and networking opportunities for senior association executives.

Based in Brussels and Helsinki, Chris is deeply anchored in the international business and non-profit sector, having worked in the past for the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) as Executive Director as well as The World Bank in East Asia and the Pacific as Program Manager for Social and Human Development. Leadership, organizations and behaviour have been the main focus areas of his work and research during the past years. Chris holds several Masters degrees in Social Psychology, Law and Economics as well as an MBA from Henley Business School

Ir. Gert Willems

Former Vice President of BEST - Board of European Students of Technology.



Gert was actively involved in BEST for 5 years (2009-2014). As of last August he is an alumni. In 2012-2013 he was part of the six person International Board as Vice President for Local Group Support. He was responsible for communication inside the organisation and with local groups at 94 universities.



The main projects he worked on during his mandate were the development of the annual strategic plan for the whole organisation, moving the seat of the organisation to Belgium, changing the international working structure and designing the knowledge management strategy.



He graduated as M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Ghent University and is currently a PhD candidate at the Ruhr-University Bochum in the RAPID Marie Curie Initial Network Training project. He enjoys visiting friends throughout Europe, football and cycling.

Prof Dr Jonathan O'B Hourihane

Representative in Ireland, European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology – EEACI

Jonathan Hourihane has been Professor of Paediatrics and Child Health in University College Cork, Ireland since 2005. He graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 1987. He obtained his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Southampton in 1996, for his thesis entitled "Clinical and immunological features of peanut allergy". He achieved FRCPCH in 2005, FRCPI in 2008 and FAAAAI in 2011. He is co-PI of the BASELINE birth cohort study. He is Secretary of the Irish Association of Allergy and Immunology, and is a board member of Molecular Medicine Ireland.

Dr Dragana Avramov

• Expert for the European Commission, Council of Europe and United Nations

• Former director of the Demographic Research Centre, Institute of Social Sciences, University of Belgrade
• Active in scientific associations and international non-governmental organisations (e.g. International Union for the Scientific Study of Population – IUSSP, European Science Foundation, European Association for the Advancement of Social Sciences, Union of International Associations)
• Contributed to grass-root and voluntary organisations working with the disadvantaged groups (e.g. European Federation of National Organizations Working with the Homeless (FEANTSA), Day of Persons with Disabilities)

Publications include 14 books and over 70 scientific articles in several languages (English, French, German, Serbian) in the domain of sociology, demography, population and development, public policies, scientific, policy and social impact of research, and foresight studies.
