Where to meet?

Vancouver has a variety of venues for events. For example:
The award-winning Vancouver Convention Centre is centrally located along the downtown waterfront with a gorgeous mountain backdrop. The East and West buildings offer a combined total of 466,500 square feet of flexible meeting, exhibition, ballroom and plenary space. See more here.

Where to stay?

There are currently 21 hotels in downtown Vancouver offering 13,000 guest rooms (Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will open later this summer – a five-star property – as will parq, a complex featuring two luxury hotels, a resort, outdoor park on the 12th floor, and the biggest ballroom in Vancouver).
A few hotels particularly popular among convention delegates are:
+ Fairmont Pacific Rim
+ Fairmont Waterfront
+ Pan Pacific Hotel (located in a triangle around the Vancouver Convention Centre)
+ Coast Coal Harbour
+ Marriott Pinnacle
+ Delta Vancouver Suites

How to get there?

Vancouver is widely recognized as one of the most accessible cities in the world. There are more than two dozen international flights flying in and out of award-winning YVR every day, and the airport is a premier gateway to the Asia-Pacific region. From the airport, the Canada Line light rail transit system will bring you straight to downtown Vancouver in a 25-minute journey.
