Going from 0 to 1: PARIMA’s Certification Challenges

Stacey manages overall planning and development, and is in charge of the day-to-day operations of PARIMA. Since joining PARIMA, she has grown the association more than five-fold and introduced new initiatives such as certification, partnerships, competency modelling and self-assessments.

There were a few raised eyebrows when the Pan-Asia Risk and Insurance Management Association (PARIMA) announced our intention to launch a certification program within six months. This 17-day executive training for association professionals is operated by the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. With 1,105 recorded meetings South Korea lays claim to the number one spot of host countries in the Report for the first time ever.
