Where to meet?
Three conference centers, different in layout, size and structure, serve the association world - the Hofburg Vienna, the Austria Center Vienna and Reed Messe Wien. In addition most of the universities in Vienna offer meeting space as well as numerous meeting hotels and smaller historic palaces - due to the huge variety association clients will find the perfect solution for their events.
Where to stay?
Vienna offers more than 32,000 hotel rooms within the city limits. In 21 Five Star Hotels, 168 Four Star Hotels, 161 Three Star Hotels and 82 Two/One Star Hotels participants in meetings will find their preferred hotel. There are not only traditional hotels but also hotels like the 25hours Hotel and Das Triest to name two more trendy hotels or a hotel like the Park Hyatt or the Ritz Carlton as two of the top leading hotels. Many participants favour also the very clear product and service offer from Motel One: there are four of these in Vienna already either centrally located or perfectly connected by underground.
How to get there?
Vienna Airport is a central hub, mainly for Eastern Europe. More than 240 cities are connected to Vienna. Austrian Airlines is not only our national carrier but also a key partner for association meetings with a dedicated department for the meeting industry. The airport is only 19 minutes by the City Airport Train from the City Center.
