Brussels. Now in its third year, the European Association Summit (EAS), taking place from 5 to 7 May 2015 at The Square, Brussels Meeting Centre, has established itself as the annual peer-to-peer education and networking forum for international association executives and senior staff.

Building on the success of the first two editions, the EAS 2015 explores further the pioneering role and innovative services and practices which leading international associations are developing to the benefit of their members.

Your members’ ROI will to a large extent also depend on your and your association’s ability to add value and model the future. The purpose of the EAS 2015 is to inspire you and offer new perspectives to the many international association executives who, like you, feel isolated in this daunting task.

Exchanging information and sharing best practices with professional colleagues across countries and sectors will throw light on what “champions” have undertaken to revitalize their associations and how they went about implementing new working models.

The EAS 2015 program features success stories on cutting-edge practices in diverse areas of association management such as: communication, new technologies, human resources, finance, governance and relations with members. The choice of cutting-edge topics and the proficiency of the selected speakers are sure to create a stimulating debate.

Among the keynote speakers are Isabel Bardinet, CEO of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), talking about “Managing your Association like a football club” and Loïc Armand, President of Cosmetics Europe, President of L’Oréal France and General Director of external relations of the L’Oréal Group, talking about “European associations: key stakeholders shaping European policies”.

Content Partners of EAS are the European Business Summit (EBS), the European Association of Association Management (ESAE,) the Union of International Associations (UIA) and the Federation of European and International Associations established in Belgium (FAIB).
