Promote scientific study in Europe and advance understanding of the interaction of electromagnetic energy and acoustic energy with biological systems, by bringing together scientists of various backgrounds and by facilitating European integration of research; promote education in Europe on bioelectromagnetics; inform the public on advances possible in the field and on presence or absence of health risks of exposure to working and domestic environments.
