Aims
Stimulate development of community work in all countries, with a basic concern for community action and development at all levels of society, from local to international by: supporting international projects; coordinating the work of federations in different countries; acting as a documentation centre; encouraging international exchange of community workers and development of national federations; promoting training of volunteers and professional workers.
