The second High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation will be held in Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina, from 20-22 March 2019 under the overarching theme "Role of South-South cooperation and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: challenges and opportunities".
The International Federation of Magic Societies (FISM), the largest magic society in the world with over 70,000 members from 49 countries, holds this event every three years. Since 1948, Korea is the third country to host the event in Asia.
The Union of International Associations (UIA) has invited 25,000 international associations to participate in its seventh edition of the Survey on International Meetings Issues to uncover how they organize their meetings and conferences. The results of the survey will be published in November 2018.

On 15th June 2018 the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) held its Annual General Assembly Meeting in Brussels. ESAE President, Florence Bindelle (European Issuers), presented the report of activities 2017 and the priorities for 2018. She expressed her deepest thank to the fellow Board members for their commitment and support during the year.
