The sponsors of this event shall cover your round-trip air tickets from your country to the USA and back to your country and we shall also provide visa assistance with the U.S Embassy in your country of residence and your ground transportation from the airport to the conference venue. Dear Applicant,

You are welcome to participate in the up-coming International Symposium on Child & Women's Protection, Global Terrorism & Domestic Violence, Economic development and Global Security. The meeting will be taking place from December 19th - 23rd 2016 in Houston Texas, United States. We appreciate your interest to participate in the seminar meeting to affect lives positively in the world. Note that there will be digital wireless translator in all country languages.

The theme of the upcoming symposium meeting is to equipped participants with the strategies and policies to fight against sexual abuse against women and children, human trafficking, global terrorism and child Slavery. The symposium is hosted by the Human Rights International Organization in collaboration with other Organizations in the United States.

Accommodation in USA: Participants are only responsible to pay for hotel accommodation here in United States, due to insufficient of fund to pay air ticket and visa processing for the total numbers of participant's expected in the educational symposium meeting, Participants will be responsible to pay for hotel reservation cost for the duration of days the symposium meeting will be held in United States. You are to contact the selected hotel management giving below where the symposium meeting will be taking place and make your reservation from 18th to 23rd of December 2016 and obtain your reservation booking confirmation receipt, which should be submitted along with your filled registration forms and visa application forms. Interested participants attending the educational symposium meeting are not accepted to make reservation booking in a different hotel, except the selected hotel choosing by the organization for security purpose, due to the terrorist crises going on and to enable us get proper recording of expected numbers of delegates participating with us in the seminar meeting. You are to contact the selected hotel via the e-mail address giving below for immediate booking confirmation.

Registration is Open & Free: In order to participate in the educational symposium meeting registration is compulsory. Interested delegate can participate as an individual or maximum number of (2-14) persons as group representing their organization or country in the symposium meeting. Registration form and visa application form is attached to this mail. You are to print out the registration form and visa application form and fill the questioners with a pen and submit the filled registration forms and visa application form along with the front page of your passport, two colored passport photographs and hotel accommodation booking confirmation receipt via e-mail. If you are not interested to participate, you are to inform us immediately so that we can remove your e-mail from the organization registration list.

Paper Presentation: Participants are advise to write a summary of their paper presentation on the topic as it affect your country. Symposium Topic: Child & Women's Protection, Global Terrorism & Domestic Violence, Economic development and Global Security.

VISA Processing: Participants must be in possession of valid International Passports to enable them obtain visa to participate in the symposium meeting. Only in receipt of your filled registration forms, front page of international passport and hotel accommodation confirmation slip, will participants visa request be forwarded to the U.S Bureau Department of States for same day visa authorization, which shall be sent to the Consulate Section of the U.S Embassy in your country of residence for visa collection. You will be giving appointed date to visit the U.S Embassy for visa collection after the approval of your visa here in United States. You are to inform us if you already have U.S visa when submitting your registration documents.

Flight Tickets: Free air round trip tickets will be provided by the organization and other benevolent donors in the United States. The air round trip tickets will cover from your country of resident to the United States and back to your country of resident. You will be contacted by the American airlines Authority regarding to your flight ticket, for we have sent your recommendation of participation to the airlines authority and you will be contacted as soon as possible. We need your filled documents immediately so that we can start the processing of your visa to avoid delay.

Rules and Regulations:
•Each participants should complete and fill their registration form and visa application with pen.
•Registration received without the scan copy of your international passport front page, filled visa application form, two colored passport photographs and your hotel booking receipt from the selected hotel venue in Texas United States will not be accepted.
•Participants are to fill their registration form and visa application form with their valid information details
•Participants are responsible and to pay for their hotel reservation booking receipt.
•Participants are to summit their paper presentation before the conference date.
•Participants that are in possess of U.S valid visa are to submit the scan copy of their U.S valid visa front page long with the requested document for verification.
•All registration document visa application form should be submitted as an e-mail attached to the conference registrar.
